This page lists the cookies and similar tools used on EstateRiomaggiore.com, as required by the Italian Data Protection Authority cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021. We do not use profiling or advertising cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by the browser. Some are needed for the site to work (session, security). Profiling cookies would need prior consent: we do not use them.
Cookies we set
- Laravel session cookie: keeps language, form error messages and admin login state. It lasts 120 minutes of inactivity. It is a technical cookie.
- XSRF-TOKEN cookie: protects forms against forged submissions (CSRF). It is a technical cookie.
Third-party tools on the public site
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, AdSense or other trackers. The date picker is served from our own files, not from an external CDN.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, only if configured: an anti-spam check on forms. It may send Cloudflare your IP address and a token. If the domain sits behind Cloudflare, security cookies of the proxy (for example __cf_bm) may also appear. These are security tools, not marketing tools.
Why there is no “Accept all” banner
Technical cookies and security measures do not require consent. A consent wall would be misleading. If we later add non-anonymous analytics or ads, we will show a banner and ask for consent before activating them.
How to control them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, forms and the language switch may stop working.
